Make a Reservation
To reserve a park or ball field call or visit the permit office at (914) 231-4575, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (except holidays). 450 Saw Mill River Road, Ardsley, NY 10502. (Directions). Reservation holders will be contacted if there are any changes to Covid-19 protocols in regards to capacity or cancellations.

Location, Location, Location
To help in the planning process see a birds' eve view of each of the parks to get an idea of where each picnic site is located in relation to parking lots, ball fields, playgrounds, comfort stations and other amenities. You may also download the Westchester County Parks map and guide brochure to review picnicking locations.

Playland Park
Accommodates groups from 100 to 10,000 and more for catered outings in a reserved area for their exclusive use. For information and reservations, call (914) 813-7000 or send an email.

Car Parking 
Fee for picnic guests is $5 with a Park Pass, $10 without a pass. Guests of the picnic permit holder must present a copy of the picnic permit to access the park.

Pool and Beach
Guests of the picnic permit holder must present a copy of the permit to use the pool or beach.

Bus Parking
Bus parking fee for groups is $50 per bus, $20 for mini buses, depending on locality. Up to four buses are allowed at George's Island Park on weekends or holidays.

Ball Fields
In most parks, use of playing fields is on a first-come, first-served basis unless the field is part of the area reserved. To reserve, call (914) 231-4575.
